Move: Feline Flow

Flow is defined as the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

Finding something, particularly in exercise, that can bring you to that state of mind takes time and patience. 

This week, we encourage you to try something you've never done before, even though (especially?) you think you won't enjoy it. Getting outside your comfort zone or depth of knowledge may be what you need to find your flow.
