This month we decided it'd fun to incorporate a challenge you can add to a current exercise routine or use as a jump start to get moving. Every day, beginning today, move for one mile. Bike, walk, jog, hop, crawl, run, swim, or whatever tickles your fitness fancy! Make it fun! Bring a friend, neighbor, or loved one.
