Move: Feline Flow

Today's Feline Flow is brought to you by Tara Laferrara, instructor at Denver's Fitness in the City. Below is her favorite ten minute ab workout. Enjoy!
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
Plank
Side plank with pulse
Star crunches
V Ups
Toe Touches
With feet 3 inches from ground, straight leg lift, make sure to also lift hips up.
Straight legs side to side like a clock, don't let legs touch the ground.
Straight leg, lower one at a time, keep 3 inches above the ground.
Bicycle Slow
