Move: Feline Flow



Friday is here and it's time to move!  In honor of the 12 days of Christmas, we bring out 12 Moves of Fitness.  Here are some simple, easy-to-do-anywhere exercises to get you through the weekend.

FITNESS FELINES' 12 MOVES OF FITNESS

1 Minute Plank
2 Burpees
3 Dips
4 Pull Ups
5 Leg Lifts
6 Frog Hops
7 Calf Raises
8 Squats
9 Sit Ups
10 Lunges (5 each side)
11 Push Ups
12 Jumping Jacks
