Workouts don't always have to feel like a chore, in fact, they can be down right fun. You can burn calories in a variety of ways, so why not dance? You can do it anywhere, any time, while doing just about anything. I often play music when I clean, and inevitably a solo dance party ensues. For today's Feline Flow we encourage you to shake it, drop it, pop it, work it, twerk it, or do whatever gets your body moving. Turn up a favorite tune and see what happens. Take a few songs and work up a sweat. Had a bad week? Dance it out. Had a great week? Dance it out. Sometimes you need to let loose.
