Motivate: Mid-Week Mantra: Keep Moving

Having a bad week? Keep moving. Not where you want to be? Keep moving. Or as a quirky little fish will tell you, just keep swimming. Our fitness journeys, or just life in general, will have its ups and downs, but if we keep moving forward, we will find we can get through anything. So the next time you feel stuck, or your motivation waning, surround yourself with those who encourage and before you know it, you'll find yourself back in the saddle once again. And if it's a friend who needs the boost, lend a hand. Sometimes we all need someone to reach out.
