Motivate: Mid-Week Mantra

This week's mantra is want vs need. Ask yourself, do I need to eat (insert fave unhealthy food here) or do I just want it? When you think about what you're eating for its nutritional value, you are more likely to find a healthier alternative if it's in the want category. We also tend to eat during stressful times and this is a nice exercise to help keep you aware of your eating habits. Remember, no food is really off limits as you are simply choosing the ones best suited to keep you on track. And let's be real, if you give in to an urge, it's not the end of the world. Just use your next meal or snack to get back at it.
