Motivate: Mid-Week Mantra
This week's mantra is about having gratitude as your attitude. It's easy to let life's stresses block joys, which makes it hard to enjoy the simple things. This week (and why not every week) take a moment to appreciate all of the positives in your life. From your family and friends to your fingers and toes. Breathe deep, take a long walk, help out a friend, take a nap, a hot bath, spend time with a friend you haven't seen in a while, or just enjoy your own company. Celebrate being grateful for what is right in front of you. You will find when you do, the stresses shrink and the amount of happiness shines brighter.
