It's a new year and the time when people start making resolutions, most of them about weight loss. I'm not a fan of those resolutions instead I like looking at  it as a lifestyle change. After all, you want healthy habits to go beyond a yearly goal. If you're one of the many ready to head back the gym, or on the way to eating healthier, I hope you share your journey with us as we are here to encourage and support. It can be frustrating, and finding motivation can be tough, so feel free to visit our blog for inspiration.

This year the Fit Felines blog is going to expand. First, it is my goal to post more often and share more of my journey with you. We will also have more guest posts from a variety of people including trainers, nutritionists, and other fitness friends.
