There's no question music can play a huge part in a workout. It can make that extra mile seem quicker, your workout class feel shorter and get you pumped when you're feeling tired. This morning, after very little sleep, I rolled out of bed at sunrise to make my boot camp class. Within five minutes I was energized since our sub, thankfully, had an awesome mix playing. This inspired me to make my own playlist to listen to on the days when I need a little bit of audio encouragement. Enjoy!
