Move: Feline Flow

Today's Feline Flow is a challenge. First, grab a piece a paper.  Second, write down one fitness goal; think outside of weight loss, such as a physical challenge.  For example, say you want to run a mile without stopping or sign up and complete your first race. Then underneath, describe how you plan on accomplishing said goal. Next, put it out to the universe: share on Facebook, Twitter, call your mom, sister, friend, and let them know your plans. Chances are, they will be more than happy to support you and may even join you on your adventure. To make it fun, capture your journey.  If you use Twitter or Instagram, use #onmyway so we can follow and cheer you on as accomplish your goal. Now get moving!!
